What to include in your enquiry

Please send us three things. First, your postcode, so we can check the address is within our collection area. Second, details of the waste to be removed, including roughly how much there is, where it is stored and whether anything is heavy or awkward to carry. Third, your preferred collection or delivery date.

Photographs help a great deal. You can attach an image to the form, which usually means fewer questions before we can give you a price.

How we price the work

Quotes are based on the type of waste, the volume, the access at the property and the collection you need. Once we have your details we will confirm the price and the arrangements in writing before anything is booked.

If there is anything you are unsure about, such as an item you think may be restricted, mention it in your message and we will advise you.
